4.Promotion Details & Eligibility:
- Open to KSA residents and nationals, aged 18 years or older.
- Customers who register on the Styli KSA App through the campaign registration pop-up during the campaign period are eligible to enter the grand prize raffle draw.
- Participants are eligible for entry only when they register on the Styli KSA App via the designated campaign registration mechanism.
- Only 1 (one) registration per person during the campaign period qualifies for entry into the grand prize draw.
- Limit of one grand prize per customer during the entire campaign period.
- Only KSA nationals and residents are eligible to participate in the grand prize draw.

5. Winner Selection & Communication:
- 6 (six) winners will be selected from qualifying KSA registrations by random draw overseen by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, conducted through the official mechanism of the Riyadh Chamber’s officials.
- Prizes will be distributed within 20 working days after the campaign closes on 10th March 2026, upon selection of winners by the Riyadh Chamber.
- The prize draw will be conducted after the campaign period ends on 10th March 2026, on a date determined in accordance with Ministry of Commerce requirements.
- Winners will be announced and notified via their registered contact details (email / phone / WhatsApp) by the Styli Team.
- The winners’ names, photos & profiles will be announced on the Styli App, website & official social media pages on approximately 17th March 2026.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Why does it say coupon code is invalid/expired?
Either the coupon code actually expired, if it is a one-time use coupon it means it has been used by someone else, or you have misspelled it. You might also have an invalid amount, meaning the order value does not comply with the minimum purchase amount. Noting that beauty products are not eligible for any discount.

How can I unsubscribe your promotions Emails, App notifications?
You can unsubscribe from receiving notifications from your phone app settings, also you can unsubscribe from promotional emails by following the steps at the bottom of the email stating unsubscribe. As for the app notifications, you can unsubscribe by opting out/ unticking/ switching off the app notification on the app settings from your mobile settings itself.
