Payments get refunded to your original payment method:
1- For payments made via store wallet, cash on delivery,

customers will receive refunds back into their STYLI 
accounts as store credits.

KSA & UAE customers shall request a bank transfer for their store credit through Styli App.

Below steps showing how to submit a request to transfer your credits:

    a) Download the latest STYLI app version
    b) Go to "my Account"

    c) Open "my credits"

    d) Tap on "Transfer Credit"

Bank transfers are available exclusively for our KSA & UAE customers.

2- For those who chose to pay the entire amount via credit
or debit card, the amount paid will be refunded back to their
cards.
3- For payments made partially with credit or debit card and 

store credit, customers will receive a partial refund into their 
STYLI accounts and cards.


4- If you're shopping from outside Saudi Arabia and paying with a non-KSA bank account, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. Please note that this fee is charged by your bank and is beyond Styli’s control.
